What is the best way to use TA25?

TA25 is designed to be used by golfers of all skill levels. However, regardless of your skill level, it is ideal to practice with no weights first. We recommend the following routine before each round: No weight: 5~6 swings, add +Tempo: 5~6 swings, add +Distance: 5~6 swings, add +Max (for advance players): 5~6 swings

Can I use TA25 indoors?

Yes! Unlike many of the 45~47in swing trainers out there, TA25 is designed as a 40in training aid so that you may practice in your living room, garage, office, etc. That being said, we ask that you check your surroundings to make sure no objects, pets or humans are nearby.

How quickly would I gain distance?

You may gain distance immediately upon following our warm up routine for the first time. However, maintaining the increased distance depends on how much time you invest to warm up/practice with TA25.

Do I have to use all three weights each time?

Absolutely not! While adding each weight may improve distance, it is only optional. For beginners (say +20 handicap), it is not necessary to use more than the +Tempo weight. For bogey golfers, you may add +Tempo and +Distance to improve tempo and distance. For advanced players, we encourage you to leverage all three weights, individually and collectively.
