Can I use it indoors?
Yes. At 40 inches it's shorter than most 45–47 inch trainers, so it works in a living room, garage or office. Check that no people, pets or objects are nearby.
Do I have to use all three weights?
No. Beginners (around a 20+ handicap) can use just +Tempo. Bogey golfers can add +Distance. Advanced players can use all three.
How quickly will I gain distance?
