About Shipping Charges

Just a heads-up, the cost of return shipping is on you. We recommend using a shipping method that's trackable, so you know your package is safe and sound on its journey back to us.

Exchanges

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. We do not accept exchange or refund requests if the product is tempered with. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

Refunds

Once we get your return and give it a quick check, we'll start processing your refund. It usually takes about 7 days from when we receive your item.
